About Us

Established in 1998 the nice store already offers the people of Cardiff a range of home, lifestyle, gifts and cards from the likes of Alessi, Ron Arad and Tom Dixon through to locally designed products and those sourced globally However we have always seen ourselves as a forward thinking company and in that respect we acknowledge the Internet as an essential part of the future of the business.

Shipping and handling

Orders over £60.00 are delivered free in the UK; please add £4.00 for postage & packing if the order is under £60.00. Unfortunately we cannot process orders outside the UK at present.

Making a purchase

You can order products on-line or, if you would prefer to, you can make your order by telephone. We accept all major credit/debit cards (visa, master card, switch, delta, american express), but we are sorry we cannot take orders with visa electron or solo cards. If you have placed your order on-line we will Email you within 24 hours confirming your order, in the unusual situation that we do not have an item in stock we will Email you with the option to cancel your order. We aim to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate but we will need to validate the price before we process your order. Unfortunately we cannot process orders outside the UK at present.

Delivery schedule

We aim to deliver goods within 7 days in most circumstances. Orders are sent by first class post or by Parcel force, orders placed at the weekend will be dispatched Monday. Although we keep most items in stock, if for some reason we cannot send your order out straight away we will let you know by Email, offering you a choice to cancel.

Refund policy

We think that you will be delighted with your purchases, however if you feel it is necessary to return an item please return it in the original packaging, undamaged within 14 days and we will refund your money. We advise obtaining proof of postage from the Post Office when you return goods. If you return the product in its original condition we will refund you any money that you have paid us for that product. If you return an item to us that is faulty we shall either replace the item or refund at your request. If the reason for the return is in any way our fault we shall reimburse the cost of return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

The information collected when you place an order via the secure server, is only used by us to process that order or to contact you should there be a delay. This information is not retained by us after the order is finalised.

No information you send to us will be made available to any third party.

Should you wish to be put on our customer database for future special offers either Email us or let us know when you order.

Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
